I am something of a pajama connoisseur. I have tried them all. The social media famous ones. The ones from that retailer in Maine. The ones in the washable silk. The ones that cost as much as a nice business suit. All of them. And since 2022, the only pajamas I buy are from J.Crew.
These pajamas are the very best. The material is thick, durable, and so soft. They are the epitome of cozy. They’re also more than half-off right now. I bought four pair. You know, in case they stop making them.
I like to be prepared.
They also come in a version that has short sleeves and pants, and a version that has shorts. I own the short sleeve version, and I wear those in summer. For sizing, I’ve found the long sleeve version runs TTS, but the short sleeve version is a bit smaller in the bust, so I size up to keep everything buttoned up.
I loved the Nordstrom Moonlight pajamas for years, but these are better. The material has more cotton and it feels like it. The cut is also better. And they wear like iron. My first pair from 2022 is still in the drawer getting regular wear.
These pajamas are what I would grab in a fire. You will not regret it (especially not at this price).

Love the moonlight pajamas as well, but they pill like crazy after a few washes. So does the Target knock off. I’ll give these a try.
Have been searching for the right PJs! Excited to try these. Would make a great xmas gift with the monogramming!
Any recommendations for pajama separates? I love the look of a cute matching set, but I’m so pear-shaped that sets never work on me. Bottoms that fit–obviously crucial–mean that I’m swimming in the top.
Gap’s modal pajamas are sold in separates, petite, and talls! (Although I’m 5’10” and the tall length is like 4″ longer than my 34″ inseam legs so will prob do regular bottoms next time.) They pill a tiny bit so I avoid dryer when convenient but are even more comfortable than the original Nordstrom Moonlights before they changed sizes and dropped quality. Yesssss these are my favorite pajamas!! I have been buying on repeat for the last 6 or 7 years, and they’re the only pajamas in my drawer. I prefer the long sleeve/pants year round since the AC is on all summer!
