The Transition Jean

A jean that works in summer is relaxed with a light wash, rocking a softer denim. My favorite pair are cropped, and absolutely a blast to wear. But I know not all of you are into cropped jeans, so here are my other summer-to-fall jeans.

These J.Crew (very) high rise denim trouser jeans scream L.A. in the 1970s. They’re not bell bottoms, but they have that vibe. I own these in two washes, and they are the best. If the super light wash isn’t for you, they have a medium blue and a deeper blue.

Both pairs come in petite and tall sizes, running up to 3x. The size guide is true to size, it says I’m a 30 and those are my most comfortable size. I will tell you to dry these on low unless you want shrinkage, however.
